為協助新北市八仙樂園粉塵爆炸救助事宜，彰化縣政府在今天公布除設立「新北市八仙粉塵爆炸事件救助專戶」接受民眾捐款，另外也將在設立窗口提供相關服務，並安排社工訪視和陪伴，各鄉鎮市公所也會協助傷患申請急難救助及民間資源，積極提供協助。（記者劉家甄採訪報導）
八仙粉塵爆炸案發生後，彰化縣長魏明谷、副縣長周志中及社會處相關人員都曾前往各醫院慰問傷患，彰化縣政府表示，除設立「新北市八仙粉塵爆炸事件救助專戶」接受民眾捐款外，也在社會工作及救助科建立窗口提供相關協助，並安排社工訪視關懷、提供慰問金及長期性陪伴支持，各鄉鎮市公所也會協助民眾申請急難救助及民間資源，結合各醫療院所提供心理諮詢，研擬補助措施。
